A large spacious lounge with grand fireplace, log burner and a dining area. The lounge has a 50 inch television with both English and French channels. The fully equipped kitchen, comprising of an electric oven, induction hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer/drying rack and a downstairs toilet and basin. Up the large oak staircase you will find a reading area with juliette balcony, the master bedroom with a large double bed, a second bedroom with twin beds and a large bathroom with double walk-in shower, basin and toilet.
Outside you will find your own private terrace with outdoor dining, umbrella and barbeque.
The gite overlooks the large mature 1 acre garden.
There is a heated inground pool (seasonal), petanque court, 10 hole crazy golf, table tennis, pool table, football table, a trampoline and dart board, there are also board games in your gite.
A cot, highchair, safety gate and baby bath are also available.
Sleeping capacity 4, plus baby/toddler in cot allows for a maximum of 5 persons.
There is private parking and super fast full fibre Wifi throughout.
